A slice of tropical paradise. Beautiful orange hibiscus flowers in front of golden sand beach with coconut tree, blue sky and sea, and colorful sunrise. I used impasto brushstrokes, matte medium and modeling paste to bring out the rich textures for this scene. Inspired by tropical island vacations in Bali and Guam, this makes a wonderful gift for anyone who loves the warmth of summer, lounging by the beach and early morning walks. I painted the original piece using acrylic on canvas.
