About the Artwork

I drew these red roses one by one along with leaves and ornaments then gave them gold outlines and gradation jewel tones of ruby pink, emerald green and citrine gold. Matching striped background make the colors stand out. A frame depicting golden pearls sits behind the flowers, with fancy lettering “You are Loved”. I hope you enjoy this Victorian-inspired design as much as I enjoyed drawing it! Perfect for the lady who appreciates classical, traditional designs and motifs with elegant color combinations.
