About the Artwork

Spring is here! Well, not officially, since the spring equinox is still more than a week away. But the weather’s warmer (warmer than the already warm winter, that is) and the flowers are starting to bloom. All around me are lovely pink and white and all colors of the rainbow flowery beauties ready to fill the air with their sweet scent.

While I can’t wait for all these garden beauties to arrive I’m currently preoccupied with forcing myself not to scratch my eyes out and rip off my nose thanks to pollen allergy…Ah, the travails of spring! It’s like needing to pay a price for all this seasonal beauty…

Still, nothing beats the lovely weather, which has inspired me to come up with some pastel-toned, Spring-worthy watercolors. With motivational quotes!

These are simple landscapes that I’d meant to come as a set, though of course you can get them individually. They’re available on both Pixels and RedBubble, as art prints and on novelty items. On RedBubble I also uploaded versions without the quotes, for those who prefer plain and simple.

If you have a smooth wall you might like these Displate metal posters, shown above. Stick the magnet (included with the order) to the wall and you can arrange and re-arrange the Displate pieces as much as you like.
